
Paul Nduka Eluhaiwe is an accomplished agricultural strategist, former Special Adviser to the Central Bank Governor on development finance and a former Developmental Finance Director at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), where he played a pivotal role in shaping national agricultural finance and development initiatives. During his tenure at the Central Bank of Nigeria, he contributed to the design and implementation of key intervention programs aimed at boosting food production and supporting agribusinesses across the country.
He has extensive experience in managing large-scale agricultural projects, with a focus on productivity, sustainability, and value chain optimization. Paul has worked closely with both public and private sector stakeholders to drive innovation in farming practices and agri-investment structures. His expertise spans crop production, livestock management, and agricultural finance. He is passionate about leveraging technology and capital to unlock growth in agriculture and enhance food security. He provides strategic leadership in aligning investment opportunities with scalable, high-impact agricultural ventures and serves as the Country Director for Nigeria.
